For Clients
To post a job, create an account as a client, and visit the “Post a Job” section. Fill out the project description, including skills required, budget, and timelines. You can choose between different project types, such as hourly or fixed-price work.
Browse through freelancer profiles, paying attention to their experience, portfolio, client reviews, and skill sets. You can also invite specific freelancers to apply for your project. Consider their expertise, communication, and proposed rates when making your decision.
When you hire a freelancer, you deposit the agreed-upon amount into Firasti.com’s secure escrow account. Once the freelancer completes the work to your satisfaction, you release the payment from escrow. If you need to discuss milestones or project delivery, Firasti.com’s dispute resolution process is available.
Clear communication and setting realistic expectations at the start of the project are key to ensuring quality work. Establish milestones, deadlines, and feedback mechanisms to ensure the project is on track. If needed, you can request revisions.
