By accessing or using our website (www.firasti.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Firasti.com website and services, including but not limited to the marketplace for freelancers, projects, and jobs. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Freelancer” refers to an individual offering services for projects and jobs listed on Firasti.com.

1.2. “Client” refers to an individual or organization posting projects or job listings on Firasti.com to engage with freelancers.

1.3. “Platform” refers to the website and associated services provided by Firasti.com.

1.4. “User” refers to both Freelancers and Clients who use the Platform.

1.5. “Project” refers to any work, assignment, or job posted by a Client and accepted by a Freelancer.

2. User Registration and Account

2.1. Eligibility
To use Firasti.com, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

To access our services, you must create an account on Firasti.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated.

2.3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services and Fees

3.1. Freelancer Services
Freelancers are responsible for offering services to Clients as per the details outlined in project postings. Freelancers must provide accurate descriptions of their skills, expertise, and services offered.

3.2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for posting clear and accurate project descriptions. Clients should specify deliverables, deadlines, compensation, and other relevant terms.

3.3. Platform Fees
Firasti.com charges a commission fee for successful transactions between Clients and Freelancers. The applicable fee structure will be provided separately. This fee may vary based on the project scope or Freelancer’s membership level. Fees will be deducted from payments made through the Platform.

3.4. Payments
All payments for services provided must be processed through Firasti.com’s payment system. Payments to Freelancers will be held in escrow until the Client confirms the completion of the work, or until the agreed-upon terms are met.

4. Project and Job Listings

4.1. Posting Projects
Clients may post projects or jobs that clearly outline the scope of work, budget, and timeline. Clients are responsible for ensuring their project descriptions comply with Firasti.com’s guidelines.

4.2. Freelancer Proposals
Freelancers may submit proposals for jobs listed by Clients. Freelancers must provide relevant work samples, project timelines, and pricing when submitting proposals.

4.3. Project Acceptance
Upon agreeing to a project’s terms, the Client and Freelancer will enter into a contractual relationship. Both parties are bound to deliver on their commitments.

4.4. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, Firasti.com will mediate between the parties, but it is the responsibility of both the Freelancer and Client to attempt resolution directly.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership of Work Product
Upon full payment for a project, the intellectual property rights for work completed by the Freelancer shall be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.2. User Content
By uploading or posting any content (including but not limited to profiles, job listings, or project deliverables), you grant Firasti.com a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

5.3. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or post content that violates any laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful in nature.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1. Code of Conduct
Users must interact professionally and respectfully with one another. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful to other users will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the offending user’s account.

6.2. No Fraudulent Activity
Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to providing false information, misrepresenting services, or attempting to avoid Platform fees.

6.3. Compliance with Laws
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Firasti.com and any services provided comply with applicable local, state, and international laws.

7. Termination and Suspension

Firasti.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account if they violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or otherwise harm the integrity of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
